With over 30 years of teaching experience, I’ve crafted sessions that are accessible, supportive, and deeply nourishing. Build strength & flexibility without strain, Support joint health and reduce stiffness, Improve balance and prevent falls, Calm the mind, reduce stress, and boost emotional wellbeing, Feel more connected to your body and breath. One to one Therapeutic Yoga sessions are available for your unique needs.
